Every Modura order ships with tracking. Here's how to find yours.

We send it by email and SMS the moment your order is dispatched. Open the link and you'll see live courier scans.

Track your shipment on Delhivery

Enter the AWB (tracking) number from your dispatch email or SMS.

If you have an account

Reading the status

Order confirmed — we have your order, it's queued for packing.
Dispatched — it's left our warehouse and is with the courier. Tracking goes live within 24 hours.
In transit — moving between courier hubs. Scans can be several hours apart, and slower over weekends.
Out for delivery — with the delivery agent, arriving today.
Delivered — handed over. If you see this but haven't received it, tell us the same day.

Common situations

Tracking hasn't updated in a couple of days.
Courier scans lag, especially over weekends and public holidays. If there's no movement for 48 hours, send us your order number and we'll raise it with the courier directly.

It says delivered but I don't have it.
Check with security, neighbours or family first — that resolves most cases. If it's genuinely missing, contact us the same day and we'll open an investigation with the courier.

I missed the delivery.
Couriers normally attempt delivery up to three times. You'll usually get a call before each attempt. If all attempts fail the parcel returns to us, and for prepaid orders we refund once it's back and inspected.

My COD order needs verification.
We may call or message you before dispatch to confirm a COD order. If we can't reach you, dispatch is delayed. Keep an eye out for it.

I need to change the delivery address.
Only possible before dispatch. Once the parcel is with the courier the address is locked.
